2025 Fall American Standard CC Dealer Consumer Rebate

1. Overview
Homeowners may receive instant rebates up to $650 on qualifying purchases of American Standard residential heating and air conditioning equipment through participating Independent Customer Care (CC) Dealers. This program is intended to promote the sale of premium American Standard systems during the 2025 Fall promotion period.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion:
- The purchaser must be a homeowner in the United States.
- The equipment must be installed at a primary residence; installations for commercial, multi-family, or investment properties do not qualify.
- The sale must be made through a participating American Standard Customer Care Dealer in good standing.
- Dealer sales to builders, contractors, or developers without a direct homeowner purchase at the time of sale are not eligible.
- New construction, non-owner-occupied, or commercial projects do not qualify.
- Rebates are not available in conjunction with any other national American Standard consumer offer or RNC/NOO quoted pricing.
- Trane components may not be substituted in qualifying systems.
- American Standard oil furnaces are excluded from this promotion.
- Sales through national retailers such as Lowe’s, The Home Depot, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s are excluded.
3. Qualifying Equipment
Eligible systems and components are detailed in the official rebate matrix (Exhibit A of the American Standard Sales Plan RS-SP525T).
Rebate values range from $75 to $650, depending on the system combination purchased and installed.
An additional $50 bonus is available when the system is installed with an eligible American Standard Smart Thermostat.

All products must be:
- Sold and installed during the effective period listed above.
- Configured using only American Standard components.
- Verified by serial and model numbers at the time of claim submission.
4. Claim Process
Rebates must be submitted through the American Standard Dealer Rewards portal by the participating dealer.
Claims must include:
- Valid model and serial numbers.
- Homeowner name and installation address.
- Dealer invoice showing product details and sale price.
Claims must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025. Rebates will be issued directly to the dealer and must be passed in full to the homeowner at the time of sale.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
- Void where prohibited.
- Offer valid only on qualifying American Standard residential systems.
- No substitutions, exchanges, or extensions are permitted.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other instant rebate or promotional offer.
- Rebates apply to eligible purchases made and installed within the defined program period only.
- American Standard reserves the right to audit rebate claims and to deny or reverse any invalid submissions.
- Any returned equipment may result in a debit memo reversal of the rebate.
6. Program Changes
American Standard reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Only amendments published by American Standard or signed by an authorized company representative will be recognized as valid modifications
7. Privacy Policy
American Standard may collect and use consumer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.americanstandardair.com.

8. Legal Notice
- This promotion is not transferable and has no cash value.
- Participation in this program constitutes the homeowner’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- All decisions regarding program eligibility and rebate qualification are final and binding.
