We had such a terrific experience with Christian. We had a job that was difficult to diagnose and then difficult to fix. Christian and the company as a whole went above and beyond for us, coming out multiple times to help us fix the issue and also treated us with such grace and kindness. They explained what they were doing before every step and took the time to also help us understand how to avoid the problem in the future. I would definitely work with this company again.

Advanced A/C did an awesome job. My heating went out and I called them. They initially said the tech would be between 2–5 p.m. They then called to say the tech could come sooner and I missed the call! I called them back an hour later and still was able to get the tech early. Great customer service from Paige! Justin the tech arrived and within 5 minutes he identified the problem and solution. He thoroughly explained everything and showed me the DAT was broken. He was able to replace and fix the system within 30 minutes. He was full of knowledge concerning HVAC with lots of tips and information about my system. He even invited me to take a look in the attic and explained some of the features. Another example of outstanding customer service far beyond what was expected. Will definitely call Advanced for any further HVAC problems.
